Returns & Exchange Policy

At Vastramss by Nikila Peddi, every saree is thoughtfully designed/curated and carefully inspected before dispatch. As our collections feature handcrafted and traditional handloom sarees, we request you to review the following policy before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges
●    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
●    Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, and motifs are inherent to handcrafted handloom sarees and are not considered defects.
●    Any eligible return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refund Policy
●    Products will not be eligible for return or refund if the customer dislikes the colour, design, pattern, or any change of mind
●    Refunds will be considered only for approved cases involving verified defects, damage, or incorrect products, subject to our review.
●    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To preserve the quality and integrity of our handcrafted collections, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
●    Sarees purchased with stitched blouses.
●    Sarees for which additional services such as fall, pico, or tassel attachment have been availed.
●    Products that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.
●    Pre-order, customised, or made-to-order products, except in cases of verified defects or incorrect items.
●    Claims raised beyond 48 hours of delivery.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order details, clear photographs, and an unboxing video for verification. Once reviewed and approved, an appropriate resolution will be offered.

All eligible products must be unused and in their original condition.
